Toronto Meetup - Server Setup

In response to member's feedback on everyone's varying paces and skill levels, we are trying a new format this time.
The main objective of this meeting is to set up everyone's laptop as a local web server. We will explain the flow of a web request in the context of the setup.
There will be a mixture of PCs and Macs. You are encouraged to see and help other members with their servers in different environments. This helps you solidify and generalize your knowledge.
This is the only time we dedicate the entire meeting to setting up computers. The next meetup will be building on top of this round. Although we will jump in to help new comers, the allocated time will be limited. So come before the majority of the fleet sail!
