The 17th week of 2012 marks the first weekly customer service review of the year. Each day we collect the most impressive and unimpressive experience you've had with a brand. At the end of the week, we'll announce the most popular brands at both extremes. We'll also analyze the root cause of excellence and poor performance from month to month.
Why are we doing this? We believe that the effectiveness of customer service reflects the overall well being of a business. There are many factors that influence service quality for better or worse. Though the unbearable services are often indicative of poorly designed systems.
